If you have an enquiry regarding any of our products or need help with an order please contact our Customer Service team on 0208 945 3346 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Saturday 10am – 1pm

For orders within the UK there is a standard delivery fee of £3.50. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours and are delivered within 3 – 5 working days.
We also offer delivery outside of the UK:
Deliveries to Europe are charged at £15
Deliveries outside of Europe and the UK are charged at £25
If you are not happy with your purchase, in addition to the terms of the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any unwanted items bought from pomt.co.uk for exchange or full refund within 14 days of date of despatch in the original condition and undamaged packaging. Please email us at , ensuring to note your order number, to arrange a return, or call our Customer Service team on 0208 945 3346. Our returns policy excludes sale items.
In the event that the product is damaged on arrival please notify us by email or in writing and we will advise you how to obtain a full refund or a replacement.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
When returning items, they are your responsibility until they are received by us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error and recommend that you use a recorded/insured service for delivery.
While we aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum, we must ask that customers bear responsibility for shipping costs when making a return or exchange.

If you would like to amend your order please contact us 0208 6953346 as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes to your order once you have placed it if it has not already been dispatched.
We do accept cancellation of orders under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you decide to cancel your order with us, please let us know as soon as possible by email, quoting the order number.
